Windows 10 has a new pin to start the recycle bin. The new pin is in the taskbar and looks like a three-dot icon with a blue arrow pointing down. ..
While poking around Windows 10 we noticed that you can pin the Recycle Bin to the Start Menu… and then from there you can pin it to the Taskbar, something that people have been asking about for a long time. Sadly, it doesn’t quite work the way it should.

The only problem with doing it this way is that the Recycle Bin isn’t fully functional — meaning you can’t drag and drop files to put them into the trash. If you want to make a fully functional Recycle Bin, you can use this technique instead.
To see the new in-progress feature, simply right-click on the Recycle Bin icon and you can Pin to Start, which will look something like this (note that you can move the tiles around, of course).
From there you can right-click on the Recycle Bin and choose Pin to taskbar.
And you will now have the Recycle Bin on the taskbar in Windows 10.
There’s no way to tell if this feature will stick around or become a regular thing or just be removed entirely.
