For many people, the holidays are a time to get together with family and friends, enjoy a festive meal, and of course, open presents. But for some of us geeks out there, the holidays mean one thing: getting our hands on the latest gadget or game release. Here are five geeky gifts that will be sure to please this holiday season:

  1. A new gaming console or computer system. There’s no better way to kick off the holiday season than by spending some quality time playing your favorite games on a brand new system. If you’re not sure what to get your gamer friend or family member, consider getting them an Xbox One S or PS4 Pro system.
  2. A new set of headphones or earbuds. Whether they’re looking for something special for listening to music or watching movies, a new set of headphones is always a hit with tech-savvy people. And if they have an Apple device like an iPhone or iPad, they can even get AirPods!
  3. An Amazon Echo Dot or Google Home Mini speaker. These devices allow you to control your home appliances and smart devices using voice commands (or “Alexa” and “OK Google” respectively). 4. A subscription to a streaming service like Netflix, Hulu+, or Amazon Prime Video. This is especially great if the person you’re buying for doesn’t already have one of these services installed in their home (or if they’re just looking for something new to watch!). Plus, who doesn’t love getting unlimited access to all of their favorite TV shows and movies without having to deal with commercials?
  5. A gift card to their favorite store/restaurant/café/etc.. This is perfect if the person you’re buying for doesn’t know what they ..
